Tess Fyalka serves as Director of Employee Development & Engagement for O'Shea Builders where she has the privilege of working with a fantastic team of professionals and the op portunity to play a small role in helping each to become the best version o f him or herself. Tess is a CTI-trained professional coach, specializing in leadership development. Prior to joining O’Shea, she spent 14 years as an independent consultant. She has written more than 2,000 articles, white pap ers, blogs, and chapters in books on topics related to management and leade rship. She is an Organization Development Certified Professional, a Leaders hip Circle Certified Practitioner, a Leadership Strategies-trained facilita tor, and holds additional certifications in Crucial Conversations, Crucial Accountability, and Conversational Intelligence.
