Come learn about an exciting new opportunity for IWIL members, available through the addition of the Community Health Giving Circle (CHGC) Committee and the creation IWIL’s CHGC Health Grant program. The presentation will include Information about what CHGC is and how to participate, along with stories from past Health Grant recipients demonstrating the impact of these grants.

Presenters:

Donna Jean Gibney, co-chair of IWIL CHGC Committee; CHGC Steering Committee Chair for for 7 years; community volunteer since 1996 (King’s Daughters Organization, former Sangamon County Medical Society Alliance.

Cara Tabatabai, co-chair of IWIL CHGC Committee; CHGC Grant Chair for 7 years. Retired physical therapist and cross-country coach, current community activist.

Grant recipients speaking: Jilnita Johnson from Helping Hands; Jennifer Sublett from Girls on the Run of Central Illinois; Jeanne Hansen from SIU Survivor Recovery Center.

Our luncheons are open to all IWIL members and their guests. Registration is $22 for members and guests through November 10; $27 on or after November 11. Online Registration will close on November 14!
