Speaker Bio: 

Raychel McBride has spent over a decade in Human Resources working in various areas such as diversity, recruiting, learning, and HR strategy along with her current role in culture and employee experience at Edward Jones. Raychel is a native of Springfield, Illinois, and a former IWIL member who is passionate about giving back to the community. She is an active member of her sorority Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., and volunteers with organizations such as United Way and March of Dimes. I’m 2019 Raychel was named Forty under 40 by the Springfield Business Journal and in 2020 she was selected for the Leadership Illinois class. Raychel previously owned an HR consulting firm called Corporate KIN and hosted a diversity podcast called Freedom & Champagne. She now spends her free time cheering on her husband Rich, assistant basketball coach at Eastern Illinois University, and making memories with their three children; Raya, Dominic, and Lyric. Raychel has a bachelor's in Business Education and a master's in Human Resource Management. Her life’s playlist is a mixture of Tik Tok dances, brunch with friends, and iced coffee lattes.

Our luncheons are open to all IWIL members and their guests. Registration is $22 for members and guests through October 13; $27 on or after October 14. Online Registration will close on October 17!
